Following on from my last post about the redevelopment of the Wet Dock in Ipswich. At that time in the mid 1990s the area was still industrial. It has since changed beyond recognition.
This is one of the modern high rise buildings – The Jerwood Dance House – built where there had been an old flour mill run by Cranfields. It was designed by John Lyall Architects and was completed in 2009. The first photo is from 2012 and it all looks fresh and new.
But look at it now in 2022!
I would keep well away in windy weather.
