A saint found hiding in a church

I came across this small image, faded and battered, painted on a medieval rood screen in a very rural church.  It was taken in extremely low light without any flash so just using high ISO setting ( I never use flash – don’t know  how to).  I am delighted to have ‘found it’ and now to have it published on the front page of a book in Italy and for a reasonably good fee.  I’m guessing that it’s a book about the life of saints – maybe something to do with the Vatican, but that is just a guess. Anyway, all very pleasing.Saint Bridget of Sweden, medieval rood screen paintings, St Andrew church, Westhall, Suffolk, England, UK
